We carry out preliminary surveys of sites and buildings in Georgia, make architectural measurements, analyse the technical condition and geometric characteristics of the building for compliance with the client’s design objectives. Based on the results of the surveys, we prepare a set of documentation, including a written report, 2D drawings and a 3D model.

ARCHITECTURAL SURVEYS

ARCHITECTURAL SURVEYS

VERA

Survey and measurement of an old single-storey building with basement and attic. The complex geometry of the building’s many layers and additions was important to the authors of the architectural project, so each element had to be carefully considered and reproduced in a 3D model.
GREENHILL
The circular geometry of the building imposes constraints on the interior space, resulting in non-parallel partitions and non-linear corners. In such cases, precise measurements are essential, as exemplified by the history of this project. It is also crucial to know the trajectory of the hidden communications in the floor screed. The absence of comprehensive documentation for concealed works could lead to unexpected obstacles, like a gas pipe unexpectedly appearing in an inconvenient location in the floor.

SOLOLAKI

Pre-design surveys are necessary when renovating historic buildings and repairing their interiors. Conducting a survey of a ground floor apartment in a 19th century Sololaki house, featuring intricate floor plans, has shed light on the integrity of existing structural elements, the precise sizes of indirect angles, and deviations of partitions from the vertical. Without such essential information, developing a feasible design project becomes notably challenging.
