In a 76.5 sq. m apartment, the original layout by the developer featured one bathroom for two bedrooms and a sub-optimal lobby arrangement. Following our survey, we recommended a new layout that included two full bathrooms and a dedicated workspace within each bedroom.

The original brief was to produce working documentation for the completed design project. However, following our surveys and measurements, it became evident that the project didn’t correspond to the actual object conditions. We initiated the redesign, introducing a clear functional zoning within the bedrooms, a reorganisation of two bathrooms into a compact layout, and a small but spacious kitchen maintaining a visual link to the lobby via a glazed partition.

Within their new 68 sq. m apartment, our clients sought abundant natural light, a spacious kitchen, and a dedicated study that could be converted into a guest room. After thorough deliberation over various layout options, we settled on a generous bedroom with an adjoining dressing room and a conservatory with expansive glazing that floods the lobby with daylight, a combined bathroom and a communal area of kitchen, living room, and study, separated by a stained glass partition.
